Fully qualified yoga practitioner Roni leads the class - Monday 9.45am- 11am.
This class is an Ashtanga Yoga Class. It is a fast moving style of Yoga where we hold the postures for 5 breaths then move to the next posture. It is quite physically challenging and would not be suited for those who enjoy a slow yoga style and may have problems bending knees quickly and getting up from and to the mat.
While I do encourage everyone to just do what they can, you should feel relaxed and comfortable in a yoga class not stretched beyond your capabilities so I would advise trying my Tuesday night class first before attempting Ashtanga yoga. Yoga time is your time, enjoy and make the most of every breath in every posture. x
