Lunchtime Conversation: Jim Naughtie

James Naughtie is one of BBC's most versatile presenters whose reports are polished essays rather than simple eye witness accounts.

A presenter on Today for many years, he now presents many other BBC programmes regularly including The World At One.

His voice will be particularly prominent this year as he specialises in the US elections which he has covered for many years.

He also has a ubiquitous knowledge of opera and literature and has presented series on both.

In the last couple of years he has written two thrillers, the last of which, The Spy Across The Water, draws on his intimate knowledge of Washington, politics, and the diplomatic service

The £10 ticket price includes a soup and sandwich lunch.
