The celebrated novelist Andrew O’Hagan, a three time Booker prize nominee, is also a goodwill ambassador for UNICEF and a contributing editor to the London Review of Books which published, inter alia, his account of his time trying to help Julian Assange with his autobiography.
His many novels, including The Missing, Our Father, and Be Near Me have all been the subject of adaptations for stage or screen as has his most recent Mayflies, which became a much acclaimed three part drama starring fellow Scot Martin Compston.
Andrew also debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe this year.
