Advice on using the contact form
When you get in touch with us via the form above, before you 'Send' please make sure your email address is correct. Once your request is on its way, it goes to relevant person on the CBH team who will send you a reply. The reply email will have a subject line beginning: Re: CBH Enquiry: . If you don't get a response to your message within a day or two, please check your spam or junk folder to make sure the response hasn't ended up there. If you find that it has, please mark it as 'Not Junk' and add the sender to your contact list.
Making ticket requests
All the same advice applies to making ticket requests via the form above. Be especially vigilant that the response to your message isn't languishing in your Junk folder.
When you receive a response to your ticket request, normally the email will let you know that the requested number of tickets will be reserved for you. You can pay and pick up your tickets at the door when you arrive for the event (no card payments taken). If you need to cancel prior to the event, please let us know either via the form above or directly to the Tickets person who replied to your request.
